電力蓋板生產工藝采用混凝土震動預制工具,將水泥混凝土倒入蓋板塑料模具后,通過震動平臺震動成型,自然養(yǎng)護至水泥凝固后即可脫模,完成整個生產工藝。

電力蓋板根據邊框放樣尺寸,又專人進行角鐵畫線切割,角鐵兩頭切割45度拼角焊接,角鐵邊框焊接時不可有過燒、咬邊、夾渣等現(xiàn)象。焊接時為保證角鐵邊框尺寸一致、不變形,邊框底部可設置平整鋼板一塊,在鋼板上彈線,,四周用角焊出角鐵邊框模型,焊接時角鋼放入模型內焊接加工為保證邊框內混凝土與鍍鋅邊框粘結牢固,可在邊框內側焊接若干螺紋鋼筋。
角鐵邊框水平放在預制場地上,在邊框底部鋪3mm橡膠皮,以保證成型后的蓋板底部不漏漿,且底部平整、光滑,底部混凝土不高出角鐵邊框。

運輸時應考慮蓋板受力方向,蓋板反向受力,容易造成蓋板斷裂,將蓋板擱置在電纜溝上,電纜溝兩頭采用經緯儀每20m左右定點。拉線調整蓋板順直及平整度。蓋板擱置點底部擱置3mm厚橡膠皮墊,用以調整蓋板的穩(wěn)定性及表面平整度。
